Anyone can cook with whole grains, no grain mill needed! My favorite combo is 1/2 oats, 1/2 millet. Make the first part right before you go to bed; finish it in the morning for breakfast. Easy peasy. Our little family of four (two adults, two little girls) can eat a double recipe at one sitting.
Sue Gregg cookbooks are really great. I have a whole set in a box somewhere that we still haven't found! (Trivia for you IVers: Sue Gregg was once the cook at Campus by the Sea, IVCF's Cedar Campus equivalent on an island off the coast of California.)
